The e-commerce platform Mekaniq enables tire and wholesale distributors, importers, and manufacturers to distribute their inventory across the market. Complex workflows are part of the daily agenda, especially in the customer contact center. Simplifying these workflows is our mission. The comprehensive B2B and B2C portal, with an appealing frontend for customers and an administration backend, considers US payment and tax logic and assigns user-specific fees and discounts. The system also optimizes the search for regional dealers and, thanks to scalable software architecture, is ready to grow with the customer and his needs.

But it’s not just analog workflows; harmonizing customer and supplier needs in the seasonal business also poses challenges for logistics systems. Intending to represent tire delivery and disposition in a paperless process chain, we have realized a comprehensive digital tracking platform in close collaboration with the customer. Consisting of three apps for drivers, dispositions, and customers, the individual cloud-based solution stands out with real-time delivery tracking and full mobile device functionality. Optimized for tablets, it facilitates the handover process and relieves the customer support team.
Seasonal peaks push standard IT systems in the tire industry to their limits. This was also the case at GETTYGO. After sustained growth, our client faced significant performance issues in his existing webshop. Today – after a seamless transition from the old to the new system – a custom, state-of-the-art solution provides remedy. In addition to a front end serving as the webshop for customers, the solution includes a custom-developed backend for handling operational workflows. The scalable system ensures continuous stability, even during peak seasons, and allows the tire retailer to connect suppliers and customers to the platform.
Thanks to the innovative combination of continuous tire monitoring and powerful AI, TyreWatch excels in the cost-effective monitoring of commercial vehicle fleets. To further optimize the fleet management process, a comprehensive IoT solution has been developed in conjunction with our specific expertise, enabling secure predictions based on a vast amount of collected (telemetry) data. The software ensures seamless communication with our server and minimizes the risk of breakdowns, enhancing fleet profitability and corresponding precisely to the target group in terms of usability.
