The final solution includes a database of applicants or job seekers, including their qualifications and other attributes such as location, work conditions such as part-time, shifts, or mobility, and salary expectations. The data of the seeking employers and their job vacancies are also integrated. For them, all relevant criteria, such as desired qualifications, location, and salary range, are stored as well. When searching for the perfect applicant, the system automatically displays the best match and allows filtering based on various factors. The matching criteria can even be weighted.
