Our solution lets you quickly and easily connect to the Corona Warning App (CWA). As N4, we confirm that a registration has been completed within the Corona Warning App infrastructures to create a COVID-19 test certificate. Starting from August 1, 2021, test results will be transmitted to the Corona Warning App upon the request of the tested individual when conducting citizen tests according to § 4a TestV. As interface partners of T-Systems International GmbH / Detecon International GmbH, our software users are directly linked to the Quick Test API integration of the Corona Warning App within the production environment.
Coherent, integrated solution
Simple, intuitive process
Transmission of results to the test person
Rapid testing centers are being opened nationwide in the wake of combating the COVID-19 pandemic. Both pharmacies and municipally or privately organized testing centers often face the challenge of handling the influx of people and data in the shortest possible time. Despite, or perhaps because of, the increasing number of COVID-19 test apps on the market, the organization of appointments, registration of individuals, and communication of test results are not uniformly resolved. Instead, various software providers are typically used for different modules. Integrated solutions that unify the requirements within a single system are rarely employed.
The process must be simple yet comprehensive! N4 Test is a unified, straightforward software solution for testing centers and individuals. Thanks to its intuitive user interface, it’s easy for all users to navigate effortlessly. This new app empowers institutions to digitally manage their testing center, from advanced appointment scheduling to secure and data-compliant result transmission.
Test persons can easily book an appointment online for their preferred time and receive a confirmation with a QR code via email or WhatsApp. FYI: It’s also possible without a smartphone. We’ve also provided a manual data entry option for individuals without smartphones directly at the testing station.
The individuals then go to the testing center to present their QR code and a recognized identification document for data verification. This allows for quick retrieval of the booked appointment and associated reservation.
The person to be tested proceeds to the testing station with their checklist. The swab is taken there, and the results are evaluated after 15 minutes. The staff at the testing center then records the results digitally in the app.
After entering the test result, it is transmitted to the tested individual with an official certificate via email or QR code retrieval (alternatively, it can also be printed on-site).
