DCC 2026: Two Days Dedicated to the Future of Digital B2B Sales

We’ve just wrapped up two intensive days featuring over 150 participants from around 60 companies and numerous discussions about the future of digital B2B sales.

DCC 2026 made it clear: The major challenges in B2B sales are not new, but they are becoming increasingly complex. One key insight ran through nearly all the presentations and discussions: It is no longer just a matter of whether sales and business models are changing, but rather how companies can meaningfully integrate this change into their processes, systems, and organizations.

What Shaped the Discussions

Many presentations and discussions centered on the question of how companies can continue to create relevant customer experiences in the future, even as products, processes, and requirements become increasingly complex.

The following topics were discussed in particular detail:

The topic of AI was also present in nearly all of the presentations. It became clear that the value of AI depends less on individual tools than on the quality of the underlying data, processes, and structures. Many companies therefore face the initial challenge of laying the necessary groundwork before AI can truly realize its potential.

This was also illustrated by many real-world examples. Whether it was agentic commerce, digital after-sales strategies, or AI-powered product search —it became clear time and again just how closely technology, sales, and the customer experience are now intertwined.

What Made DCC 2026 Special

In addition to the technical insights, the open exchange between companies, technology providers, and industry experts was particularly valuable. The conversations between sessions, the discussions following the presentations, and the in-person interactions at the event left a special mark on DCC 2026.

A heartfelt thank you to all the speakers, partners, customers, and attendees who contributed to this event with their perspectives, questions, and discussions. Your feedback and openness have once again demonstrated how important shared platforms have become for exchanging ideas on digital B2B sales.
